Ups and Down Charms is an easy pattern that makes a table runner 12" x 44" or 16" x 40", or 24" square topper using assorted 5" squares or scraps.

NOTE: This is considered to be a “small” pattern created from an 8.5” x 11” piece of paper that is folded into quarters, then inserted into a plastic sleeve.
