Refund policy
Please check the listing before purchase to see whether or not the item is eligible for return. Fabric yardage cut from the bolt, fabric precuts, books, kits, patterns, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
If your item is eligible for return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery for return authorization. Items that are not authorized for return will not be refunded.
Items authorized for return must be in original condition, meaning unopened original packaging, unused, and complete with tags and labels.
The buyer is responsible for original and return shipping fees.
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@jambearies.com and put RETURN in the subject line.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sometimes life happens. Items get damaged during shipping, or all of the brain cells are not functioning properly when things get shipped out. If you receive a damaged item or your order is missing something, please contact us immediately and we’ll work out a solution. Please do not request a return/refund in a review, as it will not be seen!
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like fabric cut from the bolt, kits, books and patterns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations once your order has shipped. Whether or not you can return your item after receipt depends on the item ordered, and whether or not it is eligible for return. Fabric yardage, patterns, and clearance items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
