Stars and Stripes 13 - American Eagle with Flag Blocks 23" Fabric Panel, Northcott DP227879-49

This fabric PANEL is from the Stars and Stripes 13 collection designed by Linda Ludovico for Northcott Fabrics. It is quilt shop quality, 100% cotton. Panel measures approximately 23" x 43". While this is technically running yardage, I'm selling it as a PANEL. The design width without the navy borders is 23". There will be about a 1/4" navy border on each side of the design, for a panel measuring approximately 23.5" by the WOF.
