This listing is for the REFILL interfacing panels for the Quiltsmart Double Wedding Ring or Rings on the Double quilt patterns. Each panel makes four 12-inch blocks (11.5" finished) for a total of 16 arcs. Interfacing may be used for pieced or solid fabric arcs.
