This fabric is part of the Cardinal Charm collection designed by Susan Winget for Wilmington Prints. It is quilt shop quality, 100% cotton.

This panel measures approximately 24.5" wide, with the design measuring 24". The actual design measures 11 3/8" x 15 5/8". The place mats can be made with or without a border. Without a border, the place mats finish at 11" x 16"; with the border, 14" x 18". Instructions for completing both versions are printed on the panel.
