THIS LISTING IS FOR A FLAWED PANEL. There are two white spots in one of the red stripes of the flag (see first two pictures). Last picture shows manufacturer's picture of overall panel without the flaw.

This fabric is from the Land of the Free collection from Timeless Treasures. It is quilt shop quality, 100% cotton.

Note: this is considered by the manufacturer to be a 24" panel, with approximately 23" of usable image.
