This listing is for the REFILL interfacing panels for the Quiltsmart Rob Pete and Friends, Winding Ways, Black Eyed Susan, Pumpkin Seeds, It's a Hoot, and Dresden Sunflower quilt patterns. Each 16" x 28" panel makes 24 arcs (6 blocks). Interfacing may be used for pieced or solid fabric arcs.
